UV BONDING
In recent years, the UV bonding technique has shown indisputable advantages in terms of versatility of use, reduction of execution times and production costs. The glue is placed between two surfaces to be glued and, by means of special ultraviolet lamps, allows the welding between them.
The bonding of ultraviolet glass is extremely resistant from a mechanical point of view, even though it is completely invisible on the surfaces.
SANDBLASTED GLASS DECORATIONS
Sandblasted glass is obtained by subjecting a plate or any glass product to a jet of sand with compressed air. This operation allows the object to become more or less opaque according to the exposure time of the coat to the abrasive jet. It is also possible to create decorative effects of great value with sandblasting by directing the jet according to a precise pattern established a priori.
Sandblasted glass is often used to remove inappropriate transparencies from windows or bathroom doors but can also be used to create decorative booths inside the home that at the same time protect certain areas from prying eyes.
POLISHED EDGE GRINDING
Grinding is the process that gives elegance to glass. It is carried out mainly on mirrors to give the edge the reflection effect that draws a frame on the outline. The polished edge is the process that eliminates the cutting effect from glass and mirrors.
